The Residencia DF is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The house was designed by Pupo Gaspar Arquitetura and exudes charm and elegance. The designer has focused on creating a homely feel, but with character where you can put your feet up but also have a sophisticated dinner party and the colors, tones and furniture really show this.
The outside of the house definitely indicates that you are entering a modern home. It’s plain and simple, but effective. At the back of the house and in the garden there is a private pool where you can enjoy the Brazilian sun. There’s also plenty of outdoor living space, including a sofa, chairs, tables, and a flat-screen TV interior decor of the house.
The floor plan of the house is very open. The kitchen, dining and living areas merge into one room with large doors that lead into the garden so as not to exclude any part of the house.
The designer opted for wooden floors, wooden kitchen cabinets, wooden dining table and chairs and brown leather for the sofa. Accompanied by cream-colored accessories such as carpets and lampshades.
Obviously, these are all very neutral and natural tones that work very well together and the dark wood and cream really complement and contrast each other. This room and design has a very earthy feel to it which makes it warm and light and a space that you will want to spend time in.
The bedrooms and bathroom have the same color scheme as dark hardwood floors. These rooms look simpler with white accessories like linens and furniture in the master bedroom and futuristic about the ceiling lights. The bathroom is very modern, but at the same time practical, without a fuss.
