H3K design, an upscale design company based in Palm Springs, has brought to the table the beautiful King’s Point residential project that offers freshness and flair in its architecture and interior design.

The design consists mostly of neutral and muted hues and shows up in small details that reinforce the zen-like Californian aura of development. here a couple of conspicuously patterned pillows and there some exciting shades of orange and yellow.
Luxury is paramount at King’s Point. Floor-to-ceiling windows, incomparable views and free-standing bathrooms underline the restrained opulence of the development.
The lighting is generally subtle and enhanced, apart from a noticeable hanging lantern in the lounge area which is sure to be a talking point for any guest interested in the intricacies of modern art and gadgets.
The quirky aspects of the development also continue outside of the property, as demonstrated by a cactus garden and huge outdoor lounge area (perfect for summer barbecues!).
Enclosed by towering palm trees, residents will enjoy the private splendor of the gardens.
The original architect, William Krisel, is said to have called the architectural style of the development “International Modern”, which is certainly underpinned by the obvious clean lines and shapes and the general minimalism.
