If you’re looking for a tiny beach castle with great views of the ocean, head to Laguna Beach, California. This house in Laguna Beach was designed by Mark Abel and Myca Loar and is newly built. It has 4 bedrooms, five and a half baths, and contains 3400 square feet.
It is on the edge of the cliff and faces the sea on one side. In the evening, when the sun goes down, there is a great view. The glass walls on two of the bedrooms offer a perfect view at night so you can fall asleep. And the bathrooms right next to these bedrooms offer the perfect level of luxury and privacy. One of the bathrooms has the bathtub overlooking the ocean, so you can enjoy the view and soak up lots of sunlight while you relax in the bathtub.
The kitchen is modern and has a large island with plenty of counter space for preparing meals, seating and a minibar. The dining table is right next to the kitchen and offers another great view of the sea. After your meal, go to the deck to take in the view and lie down on the outside bed so you can relax with a good book.
The three different floors have several stairs inside and outside that lead to each floor. Inside you will find a beautiful wooden staircase that matches the floor, while the outside staircase is made of stone that matches the outside of the house.
