This home designed by Martin Dulanto is located in Lima, Peru. It’s called Casa Seta and it translates as mushroom house in certain Spanish dialects.
Far from mushroom-like, this home gives you a fantastic amount of seating to hang out with friends and family. Outside there is a large, mosaic style pool next to a large BBQ and outdoor seating area.
While the kitchen area itself appears small, you won’t be spending much time in the kitchen.
The kitchen is also equipped with a bar and matching seating. It is larger than it initially appears to open in the middle so that one or two people can cook or serve drinks as needed.
The spacious living area can comfortably accommodate an extremely large family or several smaller ones. This space is both outside and inside, giving you a more open feel to the area. Sliding glass doors can enclose the interior as needed.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom and although they appear small you don’t need to feel rushed as you have everything to yourself. Sliding doors separate the rooms from the main living area and give you a unique and private feeling.
