Most people who envision an elegant mansion think of something modern that goes with the technology we have today. When you combine this technology and add a little bit of medieval design and architecture, you get the Saguaro Forest VII.
The Saguaro Forest VII is introduced by Scottsdale Urban Design Associates (UDA). It overlooks a golf course and has great views of the green landscape and fantastic views of the sky. The exterior contains a small pool that is unique to almost anything a person can imagine, yet is designed to fit the space it is in. There is also a pond that is also noticeable but offers a relaxing atmosphere for those who enjoy sitting and sitting.
Inside the house, you can find elegant designs in every room. The dining room is built to fill a large room with sky-high ceilings with skylights. The sandstone tones give it a feeling of comfort where old world meets new world.
The lighting consists of combinations of electric candelabra as well as chandeliers, giving the sophistication a completely new name. A bathroom contains a wash basin that looks more like a wash basin, but consists of all modern plumbing. The other bathroom has a Victorian feel with a well designed sink that appears to have been built into a dresser.
The living room or den has space for two sitting chairs and is surrounded by wall-to-wall books. There is a fireplace behind the chairs so you can read well in the evening or enjoy the company of a loved one.
