Yes, seashells make gorgeous planters! Today I am going to show you how to take a small conch shell and use it to create a mini succulent shell garden.

What is a succulent?
Succulents are easy to grow plants that come in a variety of sizes, textures and rich colors. Succulents store water in their stems and leaves.

What do I need to create a mini succulent shell planter?
Shell: You can use a conch shell or perhaps a clam or scallop shell. If you are not close to the beach, you can order smaller conch shells here.
Soil: Succulents have shallow roots and grow well in well draining, sandy soil like this succulent potting mix.
