As you travel overseas from place to place, you may come across houses, mansions, and townhouses that are characterized by words that go beyond words.
This little villa in Crimea is one of those places where you have to turn your head and look twice, whether you are inside or outside the house. This Crimean villa is a private residence designed by SL Project located in Gurzuf, Crimea.
The biggest thing about this villa is that it’s not as small as it sounds. It has just the right amount of space, but while in the house you feel like it is more spacious than it looks. And what makes it seem like it is the perfect use of lighting both inside and outside the home.
The pool area in the background is a great place to relax without ever leaving your home. The pool is large and has a terrace that leads directly to the bedroom. In the same bedroom there is a large bathtub with a beautiful view. On the opposite side is another deck with an enclosed seating area with outside heating which is a great place to hang out with friends.
Once inside, you are greeted with floor-to-ceiling hardwood floors that make it eye-catching. With a small raised staircase leading to the kitchen area, it’s a great way to divide the spaces while maintaining the open look.
This gives the impression that there is more space than there is. And the wall-to-wall windows give residents great views of the area.
