Having a couple out the window is essential to a great home. Especially if your home happens to be in Mexico City. This luxury Mexican home happens to be a penthouse that has fantastic views over the city. Designed by Archetonic, it is a 424 square meter house that consists of two floors.
While the space seems a little small to be called a luxury Mexican home, the designers created the space to not only work well, but make use of every inch. Some rooms are twice as different, while the geometric design was created to enhance the living space available. It gives the whole place a little flair that would otherwise be boring and boring in a small space.
The living areas or social zones shown consist of the living rooms, the living room, the kitchen and the dining room. This includes a winter garden, where you can enjoy the warmth of the sun from all sides during the day and the vision of the city at night.
Using half walls instead of full walls allows for a more open concept and creates multiple counter spaces throughout the house. The kitchen leads to the dining room which in turn leads to a living room or living room.
The upper floor is reserved for three bedrooms and a TV room. This allows the convenience of staying upstairs and relaxing without having to go back to the previous floor when you are tired.
One of the bedrooms is pictured using the space extensively to show that big things can happen in small spaces. It also has great outside city views and can accommodate a private in-room dinner.
