The Eagle Bay design incorporates the use of natural woods, including recycled suede floorboards, white painted ceilings and walls Cedar wood, solid cedar cabinets and a vertically clad exterior made of Pacific teak.

The texture of raw wood against polished concrete on the wall of the stairs, the polished plaster of the fireplace, and the white cedar walls and cabinets add a touch of minimalism and elegance to the beach. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to an outdoor balcony so the ocean breeze blows all over the house.
