Kobi Karp architecture is known for many different projects, but this housing project they created in Miami Beach, Florida, USA will amaze you. Florida is already known for its sunny days, warm beaches and a great place to retreat. Now that this house has been completed, there is more to consider.
As you step up to the house, you are greeted to a three car garage, large driveway, and glass wall that forms the main entrance to the house. Step out of the garage and enjoy a lovely little guest room. The back of the house, even in the sun, is machined from 8 different locations to capture those rays or just relax in the pool. And if you turn around and look back at the house, you can see the entire place. This is a perfect way to capture the sun, save energy and make perfect use of the natural light.
Enter the house to see the best of features including the kitchen. Plenty of counter space is available, including a separate island and an L-shaped counter that doubles as a dining area. Or, take the food to a separate dining area with an emerald table and leopard print chairs.
The spiral staircase with glass side walls allows better use of the light and the view of the house. It leads to the luxurious rooms, each of which has its own style. There is also a separate office space at the top of the stairs that lets the sound soar while providing a private workspace.
