House Ef, designed by Fritz and Fritz Arquitectos and built in 2012 in Nordelta, Tigre, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a relatively small house at just 400 square feet, but the design is so clever that the house appears to be much larger.
The house is uncompromisingly based on elongated shapes and features large glass windows and walls, rare tropical woods, marble, and a mostly white and neutral color scheme. The two story home is set in a semi-enclosed courtyard garden and overlooks the private pool and the water beyond. It looks like a seamless part of the outside world.
The house is flooded with daylight during the day and shines like a beacon at night. Every inch of space is used carefully; There is no feeling of being tight. Although this is an elegant and refined building, it is not cold and it is easy to imagine raising a happy family here.
The clear room is suitable for quiet, intimate evenings with friends or for a large pool party. A house of cool simplicity, charm and warm fantasy.
